		<description>Damien, I think what is important is to remember that all of these social tools are designed for the user. UI design is critical to an apps success--usually. I think the problem with the Facebook UI change is that many of us became accustomed to and comfortable with the old design. Perhaps if Facebook would&#039;ve asked for user input and forewarned its users more adequately then there wouldn&#039;t be as much of an uproar. With the organization I work with, user input is critical to our design process. We realize the critical importance of incorporating user feedback into design. Our initial prototype is up, but we realize it is a continuous process. BTW--I enjoy reading your blog.
